About Me
Much of this was said on the main page. Anyway, I'm David Sharp, 17
years old, living in Amman, Jordan. I like to write interesting programs
(see my Projects page) like cryptosystems and
various 3 dimensional based programs (3D morph engines, solid collision
detection...). I play guitar, but not enough (it seems like I don't have
time for anything these days). As for music, I like metal (*old* Metallica,
Crowbar, Sepultura...) as well as some alternative (Dinosaur Jr., is Alice
in Chains alernative?), and other stuff like Type-O-Negative, Primus, Smashing
Pumpkins, and anything else I deem cool.
I've got a TI-85 graphing calculator, which is btw the coolest calculator
in the world (for games) other than possibly the TI-92, which is more of
a computer (QWERTY keyboard and 68000 chip! Calculator???). Anyway I like
putting games on it and stuff, and hopefully one day soon I'll learn Z80
asm so I can write games for it.
Computers! I like computers (bet you didn't figure that one out!).
I've currently got a 6100/60, and as soon as it gets here, I'll have a
PowerMac G3 266. I plan to network them via serial cable and have the G3
serve internet and stuff to the other one. Anyway, I suppose I am one of
the Mac cultists. I like to think of myself as open minded, but many would
say a Mac cultist can't be open minded. That's fine. Anyway, as soon as
my G3 gets here, I'm going to attempt to install Linux and BeOS (as soon
as versions compatible with the new motherboard are made available, if
they aren't already).
Anyway, that's it for now. I hope you find some things that interest
you on my page.
